Who We Are
We are a community of passionate Jacksonville residents who care deeply about protecting our beaches, waterways, and marine wildlife. Our team includes environmental advocates, educators, local volunteers, students, and community members who come together to make a positive impact on Jacksonville’s coastline. We welcome people of all ages and backgrounds who share a love for the ocean and want to help keep our beaches clean and safe.
Through community reporting, we help identify litter, pollution, fishing line, plastic hazards, wildlife affected by trash, and large amounts of debris washing ashore. By bringing attention to these issues, Blue Coast Jax connects the community and encourages action to create a cleaner, safer, and more sustainable coast for future generations.
